Matteo is your friendly co-host and surf guru. He has two decades of surf experience, lifeguard training and years of experience teaching surfing from surf camps in San Diego to private and group lessons here in Ecuador and Peru. He's here to make sure you have a good time and ensure your safety, provide tips, water safety and local condition information, and pinpoint the best conditions and take you to the best breaks the Ecuatorial Pacific has to offer. Like all of our guides, he has completed life guard and cpr training.

Juan is the friendly, bilingual co-host host, surf instructor, and guide. With several years here in Ayampe, he has an intimate knowledge of the nuances of this beach, which translates into you having a productive surf experience. Like all of our guides, he has completed life guard and CPR training.

Ashley teaches a variety of classes at Yoga United in Brighton, Lititz, PA, including Warm Vinyasa, Gentle Restorative Flow, Fusion, Kids' Yoga, and Advanced Vinyasa Flow. Her classes incorporate asanas, pranayama, and meditation, blending both traditional and modern philosophies to bring ease, discipline, and enjoyment to students. Ashley uses hands-on adjustments and caters to all skill levels. She combines creative sequences and playfulness to help deepen students' practice, with the hope that they will take what is shared and use it both on and off the mat.

Cesar is a native of Ayampe and is best known for his talent in the water and as a coach along with having a positive vibe. Like all of the guides, he has completed life guard and CPR training.

Juli has completed several yoga teacher trainings over the last decade in Colombia and India. We are very lucky to have her as part of our team!
