Mareile Braun is a journalist, presenter, and systemic coach, as well as a passionate retreat host, horse owner, and mother. She loves to empower others and help them develop their potential. She accompanies managers, teams, and speakers during presentations and appearances. She is also passionate about self-care and health leadership and inspires a balanced life. She lives in Hamburg and, increasingly, in her adopted home of Crete, at Villa Psili.

Caro Körner s a yoga teacher, somatic and embodiment coach, and Yin yoga teacher trainer with a psychological background. She has dedicated herself to the connection between body and mind for several years. She finds fulfillment in accompanying others on their path to greater embodiment and holistic well-being, especially on retreats like this on Crete. Caro loves dogs, the Spanish language, and laughing until her stomach hurts. She is originally from Nuremberg, but now lives in her favorite place, Málaga, Spain.
