Sandy is a chef and natural food coach who has spent years exploring the impact of whole, natural foods on both body and state of mind. As a demo‑chef for KitchenAid and Greenpan, she shares her passion for healthy cooking through workshops that blend technique, creativity, and accessible nutrition. Her love for food grew from a desire to support loved ones in finding the right fuel for energetic balance. She believes deeply in the connection between nutrition and overall well-being.
