Nicola Taylor
Niki is the founder and land steward of Talberou and hosts Embers & Bone, guiding breathwork, gentle yoga, and nature-based practices that support women through life transitions. Her work draws from eco-psychology, yoga, nature connection mentoring, and body-based therapies. She trained in Hatha and Kundalini yoga in Rishikesh and holds qualifications in holistic massage, aromatherapy, Reiki, eco-psychology, NVC, and the 8 Shields approach. She is currently training as a breathworks facilitator with the Air School of Breath.
Nicola Bradshaw
Nicola is a Medical Herbalist (BSc Hons, MNIMH) with over 20 years of experience working with medicinal plants and their connection to physical, emotional, and hormonal health. She has spent the past 12 years at Neal’s Yard Remedies leading the Herbal Tincture Unit and is also a herbal researcher with Herbal Reality. Her work bridges traditional plant knowledge with modern understanding of the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems, supporting women through transition with practical, grounded plant medicine.
Anne Saana Saya
Anne joins Embers & Bone by facilitating a psycho-somatic voice liberation workshop and offering optional bodywork sessions to support integration during the retreat. She has over 10 years of experience in women’s yoga, psychosomatics, bodywork, voice liberation, and ritual, and brings a grounded understanding where science, female physiology, and mystery meet. Her work centres on sacred regeneration and rest, supporting women to reconnect with their body, voice, and inner truth through deep presence, somatic awareness, and consent-based practice.
Gabrielle
Gabrielle is a musician and voice practitioner whose work explores the relationship between sound, presence, and emotional expression. Originally from Belgium, she has spent over 15 years working internationally as a singer-songwriter, performing across the UK and Europe and releasing four albums. Alongside her music career, she has developed a deep practice in voice, breath, Kundalini yoga, and mantra, expanding her understanding of vocal expression beyond performance. She now facilitates sound-based practices that support participants in experiencing voice as vibration within the body.
Daisy O’Clee
Daisy supports women through perimenopause and beyond, combining Rebirthing Breathwork and the Buteyko Method to address anxiety, sleep disruption, fatigue, and hormonal change. She focuses on how breathing patterns shift during midlife and how restoring functional breathing can support both physical and emotional wellbeing. With a background in journalism, she translates complex breathwork science into clear, accessible, and practical tools.
