Great course!

Sofia is a very knowledgable woman with lots of charisma and talent. Her yogaclasses were fantastic and her lectures very interesting. She has soo much experience and is a true inspiration. It’s a beautiful week that I can really recommend. The food was of a very high quality as well!

An excellent training for yoga teachers

The course provides a perfect level of information sharing and practical immersion into yin yoga, allowing you to absorb the knowledge without overload, feel like you have learned what you need to get started teaching, and feel how the method works on your own body. Sofia is one of the best YTT instructors that I have meet during my trainings and immersions.
