Great retraite experience

I've completed the yoga retraite they are offering at adi yogapeeth. It was a wonderfull week and I've had a really nice experience. The teachers weer great and very knowledgeable. They all are very kind and helpful and gave really nice background information of the things you were learning. The classes also gave me insights in my own patterns and behaviour and they give you tools to use during self practice and even for your daily life.

Because I did the retraite the school also organized really nice excursions after yoga and pranayama class. So that I was able to see a lot of the beautiful surroundings of Rishikesh.

I certainly hope to come back soon.
