Vikas Bisht
Vikash Bisht est né dans la pittoresque ville de Rishikesh en 1982. À l'âge de 16 ans, il a découvert son intérêt pour le yoga. À ce très jeune âge, il a acquis une grande reconnaissance grâce à son enseignement du hatha yoga tout en assistant régulièrement aux cours d'acupression, de naturopathie, de cours intensifs et de cours de yoga thérapie. Sa grande passion pour l'enseignement du yoga et le mode de vie esthétique a orienté sa vie vers la dévotion, l'auto-analyse et la méditation. Par la suite, il a intensifié ses idées sur la correction et l'aide aux étudiants de yoga.
Yogi Mohan Jee
Yogi Mohan Jee est un professeur de yoga qualifié et compétent avec des expériences en hatha yoga, Shivananda Yoga, Raj Yoga, acupression et néphropathie. Son professionnalisme lui a permis de réussir dans le domaine de la formation de professeur de yoga de 200, 300 et 500 heures en Inde. Il a commencé son apprentissage du yoga alors qu'il n'avait que 15 ans. Il participe régulièrement à des séminaires et festivals de yoga organisés dans le monde entier. Sa profonde compréhension des alignements corporels et des asanas l'ont beaucoup aidé à donner une compréhension de base du corps humain.

Yogi Shailendra Rana est un instructeur qualifié et expérimenté de hatha yoga et de pranayama à Rishikesh Yoga Home. Il est né dans une famille spirituelle à Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. Il a commencé son parcours yoguique sur les genoux de l'Himalaya depuis plusieurs écoles de yoga à Rishikesh. Son dévouement au yoga l'a fait évoluer vers l'apprentissage profond du yoga. Rencontrez Yogini Richa Mishra. Cette yogini expérimentée dispose des compétences de base en yoga hatha et ashtanga. Elle est également bien formée en Core Yoga et Hatha Flow. Depuis son enfance, elle a consacré sa vie à la spiritualité et à la vie yogique. Elle est douée pour le yoga. Elle fait cela depuis longtemps. Ses connaissances lui ont permis de partager son expérience du yoga avec plusieurs amateurs de yoga dans différentes régions du pays. This retreat takes place in Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh is a city in India’s northern state of Uttarakhand, in the Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River. The river is considered holy, and the city is renowned as a center for studying yoga and meditation.
Temples and ashrams (centers for spiritual studies) line the eastern bank around Swarg Ashram, a traffic-free, alcohol-free and vegetarian enclave upstream from Rishikesh town.

Arrival by airplane
Jolly Grant Airport - Dehradun Airport (DED) is the nearest airport to Rishikesh which is approximately 35 kilometres away. Popular carriers like Air India, Spice Jet, and Jet Airways often have daily flights from New Delhi. Apart from Delhi, there is a flight from Lucknow to Dehradun as well.
Once you reach the airport, you can opt for a regular taxi or bus service which is easily available from Dehradun to Rishikesh. The second nearest international airport for Rishikesh is in New Delhi which is well-connected with different cities across the globe.
Arrival by bus
Being a popular tourist destination, Rishikesh has a good network of buses connecting it with important places such as Haridwar, Dehradun, and New Delhi.
Buses depart in the morning and late evening from the Kashmere Gate ISBT, New Delhi for Rishikesh every day. You can choose from a regular, deluxe, or a luxurious coach.
Arrival by train
The nearest railhead to Rishikesh is in Haridwar which is approximately 25 kilometres away. Haridwar, in turn, is linked to major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Varanasi. Some of the popular trains are Shatabadi Express, Jan Shatabdi, AC Special Express, and Mussoorie Express.
For those making the journey to Rishikesh, it is advisable to take the train till Haridwar and then either take a bus or hire a taxi to Rishikesh. While the bus would take about 45 minutes, the taxi will take you to Rishikesh in about half an hour.
Driving directions
Driving up to Rishikesh is worth considering, as it is connected to other cities via the National Highway 58, which is in a good condition for most of the year.
The short stretch of hilly terrain may be a little rutted, but tourists prefer to take a taxi or drive up to Rishikesh. The drive from Delhi to Rishikesh would take approximately 6 to 7 hours.
