Programme
This retreat is mainly for those people who are a seeker or learner who really wants to go deeper and understand themselves completely in their journey whatever challenges or problems they are facing they can resolve or change them permanently and the same problem will not come back again because you will live your life with total understanding and with awareness. And you will be in charge or master of your life with a deep loving self, fully accepting the self and others. Rediscover yourself and transform your body, mind, and soul.
This program will allow you to experience the transformation of your body and mind. You will journey through various levels of self-inquiry, establishing a deep connection with your soul. Personalized modules of yoga, meditation, and energy work sessions will help you thoroughly cleanse your body and mind, triggering your self-healing capacity. This allows you to be always in the natural, blissful state of your being. You will learn how to:

The retreat offers a full program of activities, starting at 7:00 a.m. and finishing between 8:30 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. (depending upon the activity). It is compulsory to attend all the activities. The activities on each day of the week vary, depending on the day, however, there is something in each slot for you to choose to participate in. There is one yoga or meditation class each day, either in the morning or before lunch. The start time varies. You will be given a seven-day program of activities when you arrive at the retreat. Some practices will be done individually, some in pairs, and some in groups.

Includes yoga therapy for back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, stress, heart disease, hypertension, depression, and many more psychosomatic diseases.

YogiAnanta Guru
Ananta, the founder of ReDiscover ThySelf, has been on a journey of yoga for 22 years. He used yoga to heal himself from recurrent health issues and has since deepened his practice to include meditative inquiry and other healing arts. Ananta is a spiritual seeker dedicated to the journey to self and his retreats and treatments create a safe space for rejuvenation of the body, mind, and soul.
