Prana Casa

I had a wonderful time at Prana Casa and recommend the place to everyone who enjoys yoga, beach and nature and wants to spend some time in beautiful surroundings. Evelyn is a great yoga teacher and well-versed about anathomy and how to practice the asanas accordingly as well as the more spiritual backrounds of yoga. So I think even advanced yoga practitioners could still learn something new. It's interesting talking to her, she is passionate but still a calm teacher and really took the time to practice the yoga according to our levels and helped to expirience some great improvement until the last day. Some asanas I could do the first time, and some I think I did the first time, how they should be done. I personally also enjoyed very much the yoga nidra. I practice both at home now, it's not as magical but still very good :) After the start in the day with yoga and breakfast it's up to everyone how to spend the day. You could stay the day at beach but also join many activities like surfing, walking, riding or healing or massage sessions, which I can recommend. There are restaurants next to the beach with nice food. The beachhouse is located above the beach, only a 3 minute walk with simple but cosy furnishing and has the best terrace and view over the beach and lovely Mrs. Misty the cat lives there. I was also very lucky with the other girl who stayed with me at the same time, so it was a familiar athmosphere. Thank you all for this time!!! I felt so good then and now.
