My Trip to the Lake

It was a great experience to be tucked 3+ hours away from Toronto, far up north. Quiet and peaceful. Good accommodations, great food and some really nice people. Paddle boarding out on that big big lake was quite an experience in itself. And laying out on the deck 1 clear night was wonderful. The first thing that came to my mind was the song Vincent (Starry Night) by Don McLean ... "now I understand ..." I hope to return again some day.

Everything I was hoping for and more.

The physical space is beautiful, offering both privacy and social connection as needed. Quality of instruction was great both on the water and in the yoga spaces. The culinary experience was phenomenal.

Beautiful, relaxing weekend

I loved everything about this weekend. The location, the facilitators, the hosts, the grounds, the other participants, and the food. Loved the options of yoga, SUP, enjoying nature, and lots of time to reflect and connect. The meals were absolutely phenomenalal.
