Led by Rhi Kicks, a certified yoga teacher and intuitive Spinal Flow practitioner, and Sølvi Bore, an experienced Spinal Flow practitioner and doTERRA essential oils specialist, this immersive week-long retreat in the heart of Andalusia, Spain, invites you to reset your nervous system, restore natural flow through the spine, and return home to your body.

What to expect
- Twice daily Vinyasa yoga with Rhi
Energizing and grounding Vinyasa flows, suitable for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners. Expect breath-led, mindful movement to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness.
- Twice daily Spinal Flow Technique sessions
Healing treatments from Rhi and Sølvi that work with the spine and nervous system to gently release tension, clear energetic blockages, and awaken the body’s natural healing intelligence.
- Restorative Rituals and Meditation
Guided meditations, stillness practices, and time in nature to support deep rest, integration, and connection.
- doTERRA Essential Oils
High-quality doTERRA essential oils will be woven into yoga classes, meditative moments, and healing spaces to enhance relaxation, uplift the senses, and support emotional and energetic balance.

Each day, Rhi will guide you through twice-daily sessions combining mindfulness, meditation, movement, and yoga—all designed to gently support and down-regulate your nervous system, bringing you into a state of calm, clarity, and connection.
In addition, you’ll have the optional opportunity to participate in twice-daily Spinal Flow Technique sessions, designed to take your healing journey to a profoundly deeper level.
These group Spinal Flow sessions take place in a shared space, using multiple massage tables. Each participant will receive 30 minutes of hands-on Spinal Flow twice per day (total of 8 sessions). There will be an initial assessment at the start of the retreat, followed by a final assessment to track your progress and the changes your body has undergone.
Spinal Flow supports the release of physical, emotional, and chemical blockages held within the body, helping to clear deep layers and restore balance on multiple levels. Over the course of the retreat, this consistent and concentrated support allows your body to awaken its innate capacity for healing and flow.
Additionally, there will be an optional day exploring a beautiful local spot—a chance to connect with the stunning surroundings and soak up the culture. You’ll also have one full day without yoga or Spinal Flow sessions, allowing for complete rest, integration, and self-care.
Professeurs
Rhi Kicks
Rhi is a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga trained teacher. With a focus on calming and resetting the nervous system, her classes offer time to unwind and reconnect with yourself. She teaches in Chichester, West Sussex.
Sølvi Bore
A skilled and intuitive Spinal Flow Practitioner, Sølvi holds space with gentleness and depth. The healing sessions will help to calm the nervous system, release long-held tension, and restore internal balance—supporting you to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected.

Kells, an extraordinary chef, nourishes the retreat with abundant, lovingly prepared meals served three times a day—seasonal, vibrant, and unforgettable.
Throughout the day you will be offered three delicious meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mainly vegetarian, sometimes seafood is offered, all prepared with the freshest seasonal, locally-sourced produce.
