Pauline Lys
From France, certified Yoga Teacher trained in Ubud, Bali (RYT200). Pauline is a movement expert with over 15y experience in flexibility training. She shares her passion worldwide, blending yoga tradition with modern elements from calisthenics, mobility, dance, and surf. Pauline wasn’t born flexible or able to do handstands! She also went through a lot of injuries from overtraining and just life accidents. For years, she struggled with confidence in her body. Choosing to heal her mind and to train her body in a healthy and sustainable way were the best decisions she has ever made.
