  • Hike to Fanal and Seixal natural swimming pools: Take a dip in Madeira’s picturesque tidal piscine-style pools formed by volcanic rock along the Atlantic coast to revitalize body and mind.
  • Floating sound healing: Supported by warm water, sound vibrations, and gentle holding, healing unfolds through frequency while softening into profound stillness and peace.

Physical fitness

A moderate level of physical fitness is recommended, as the retreat includes guided hikes through forests, cliffs, volcanic terrain, and levada trails. Participants should feel comfortable walking for approximately 2–4 hours on varied terrain. All activities are optional, and guests are encouraged to honor their own pace and energy levels.

Comment se rendre sur place ?

Arrival by airplane

Fly into Madeira International Airport (FNC). From there, it’s a scenic 45–60 minute drive to the retreat home tucked between mountains and sea. Mary Tilson Yoga will help coordinate airport transfers so your arrival feels calm, welcoming, and easeful.
