Guided sessions to reconnect with your inner peace in serene surroundings. Ploy leads classes in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness-based practices that gently balance the body and calm the mind.
Thai Hermit Yoga (Rue-si Dat Ton): Ancient movements, mindful intentions
More than just physical movement, Thai Hermit Yoga is a living tradition rooted in ancient wisdom. In this class, you'll explore its historical and philosophical foundations, practicing gentle, breath-centered movements used by Thai hermits to cultivate health, awareness, and vitality. A perfect way to prepare for or unwind from meditation.
Good night meditation with Ploy: End-of-day practice: Clear the mind, invite rest
As evening falls, wind down with a restorative meditation designed to release mental clutter and invite deep relaxation. This nightly ritual nurtures inner calm and sets the stage for restful, rejuvenating sleep.

Through chakra meditation, Ploy offers accessible tools to anchor the mind, restore energetic balance, and deepen the connection to inner calm.
Tua Matoom
Tua is a Thai professional artist who has been based in Chiang Mai for over 21 years. His watercolor and oil paintings beautifully reflect life’s simple joys—happiness, mindfulness, and the warmth of a cozy home. In his classes, Tua gently guides students through the process of abstract painting, encouraging them to draw inspiration from their genuine emotions. Each piece becomes a deeply personal and unique expression of self. Abstract painting, for Tua, is a powerful form of emotional expression—subjective, free, and healing.
