Wunderbar entspanntes Resort mit motiviertem Stuff, tolle Yoga Classes!

Rustic certainly, but still paradise. For me it was the perfect setting for a retreat. As I was the only person booked on, I got A* treatment. The yoga classes were for everybody in the morning. What a great way to start the day overlooking the sea in the pavilion like yoga hall. The discovery classes were, unexpectedly my favourite part, taking me well outside my comfort zone on a journey of self discovery. All very different and fascinating. The evening yoga was tailored to my individual needs using a combination of stretches, Yin yoga and Pilates type moves. I really enjoyed these classes as a contrast to the more energetic yoga in the morning. The food was really good and you also get lots of extras like the fermented pineapple drink, herbal tea and fruit / fruit drinks. If you order anything off the resort menu you pay extra although apart from a few chocolate brownies and the occasional glass of wine, I did not need anything else. Most of the food is gluten free which was great for me. I loved staying in the jungle bungalow (with the insects!) but might opt for one with its own bathroom if I went again. There are other activities you can join in with as well if you wish, have massages or swim in the sea. As it is also a resort there are things going on in the evening as well such as singing and card games. I was actually really quite busy! Basically I simply had a wonderful time in rustic paradise and would love to go back as they develop the retreat further.
