Tugba Ekler
Tugba's teaching style is warm and playful whilst still maintaining focus on alignment and body mechanics. By cultivating breath awareness, coupled with intelligent sequencing, she invites students to let go of self-judgment and creates space to feel and explore their own unique experience of being in the body. She finished her 200-hour teacher training course in 2012 first, then finished intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa 300-hour training in 2017 in İndia. After that, she began to teach her own teacher training for 200 hours with Yoga Alliance USA.
