That's why Eva created The Inward Weekend Retreat. This isn't just a retreat. It's a doorway back to yourself.
In just a few hours of these workshops, people experience shifts they can barely put into words... So imagine what could unfold in two full days together.
You'll begin slowly with an early Friday check-in and close gently on Sunday, giving yourselves something most of you rarely allow: space to slow down, regulate and reconnect.

Eva Shyti
Eva is a neuroscience coach and yoga teacher. Her work is about weaving together the resilience born of her own healing, the creative strategies of branding and communication, the depth of embodied practice, and the clarity of neuroscience. She lives to remind people that transformation is always possible, that wholeness is always within reach, and that with the right support, you can return to yourselves—softer, stronger, and more alive.

Set in the quiet beauty of Somerset, Wylder offers a true sense of retreat just two hours from London by train, yet feeling completely removed from the pace of everyday life. Surrounded by rolling countryside, open skies, and deep stillness, it’s a place designed to help you slow down, soften, and disconnect.
Endless countryside walks begin right from your doorstep, with peaceful trails that you can wander for hours, allowing space for reflection, breath, and quiet presence. You may also share a silent meditation in the forest, immersing fully in nature. Nearby, a tranquil lake adds to the sense of calm and spaciousness.
While you are in the heart of nature, truly in the middle of nowhere, there are a few charming local pubs a short drive away. However, this retreat is not about exploring or being a tourist. It’s an invitation to pause, to stay, and to fully arrive where you are, without the need to be anywhere else.
Wylder is both grounding and expansive, a place where the outside world softens, and your inner world has space to come forward.

Food at the retreat is a central part of the experience: simple, nourishing, and deeply connected to the land. All meals are farm-to-table, prepared by the accommodation using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally from the surrounding countryside, including produce and eggs from nearby farms. Each dish is thoughtfully cooked just for you, creating a sense of care and intention in every meal.
You’ll be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner across the weekend, with a focus on vegetarian, wholesome meals designed to support your energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing. This is food that feels grounding and restorative—slow, seasonal, and made to be enjoyed together.
