Their center is located on a hill between Bodrum and Milas, overlooking the valley and the sea. İt is in an incredible nature with 600 olive trees. There are 3 bungalows, each with 4 twin beds. Each room has a shower / WC. There are 12 rooms in total. There is also a yoga shala, pool and cafeteria available. With their cats and dogs accompanied by bird and frog vocalizations, it offers you a peaceful environment.
Programme
Their ‘Silent Retreat’ is normally for four days, however this year it will be available as a 7-day event as well. This year, they increased their silence camps, which they have been doing for four days for six years, to 7 days by adding 3 more days. The last 3 days will focus on deeper inner workings in the process.
In the 7 days, you will spend alone in silence with yourselves. You will connect with your inner wisdom by confronting your masks, doing yoga, meditation, pranayama techniques, satsangs, Chinese yoga and Karma yoga and volunteer work.
Their silent retreat aims at reconnecting you to your inner child. Thanks to all the work you'll be doing together, at the end of these seven days, you'll return to your childhood state of being free, fearless, curious, enthusiastic, and enjoying every moment of life.
You will experience how your eating habits and breathing / diving habits affect your body with vegetarian meals and breathing exercises that they will offer and give a new direction to your life. You will remain silent for 7 days. Your life and journey will become even more enjoyable and meaningful.

Since you will turn inward and explore yourselves in Mauna, you take a break from talking, making eye contact, reading cell phones and books throughout the camp. By breathing profusely, you will expand your capacity, open your energy and magnetic field. As a result, emotions, experiences and life lessons will flow. You will need a lot of notebooks and pens, so they recommend that you bring some.
Smoking and coffee are not allowed in the center. Remember that you are not coming here to maintain the lifestyle you are used to, but to break your habits, to transform and renew.

Lieu du séjour
The retreat will take place in the central valley. It can be windy and cold, especially in the early morning and evening hours. Outside, you may want to meditate on rocks, take walks, spend time alone in nature. It's incredibly enjoyable to watch the stars, especially at night. Because you're in the middle of the woods, the stars are usually visible. It's okay to get a little cold in this delightful state. To share with nature whatever is happening, they wish you a camp where you will open yourself to the sky, the stars, the trees, the earth, the universe and trust.

Arrival by airplane
Please arrange your flight to arrive at Milas–Bodrum Airport (BJV). The retreat venue is only 15 minutes from Milas–Bodrum Airport. You need to take a taxi from airport to the the retreat. There is no local services available on this route.
Arrival by bus
Wherever you are, take a bus for Bodrum and stop in Güvercinlik which is 20 kilometers before Bodrum and take a taxi from there to the retreat. They can arrange a transfer for you from the airport or bus station at an additional fee, provided that you specify it in the reservation.
