Johana is a certified yoga teacher with two RYT 200 trainings, rooted in Ashtanga yoga with ongoing study under Alexander Medin (KPJAYI authorized teacher). Her work is informed by foundational Ayurveda studies in India, including daily routines, herbal oil preparation, and abhyanga, integrated in a holistic, non-clinical way. She hosts immersive yoga and wellness retreats in Colombia, blending yoga, nature, and local culture beyond the mat.
