Luxurious Retreat & Fun Group
Daniela was great and adapting to the groups and the individuals needs. There was a good balance between Yoga practice, meditation & self-improving activities as well as seight seeing & night life activities.

Found a new home, I'm richer now
Daniela's Blue Hose Yoga is an amazing emotional experience. Cannot not just call it a 'yoga retreat 'cause is so much more than this... Daniela has a great instinct, she is gifted with a strong empathy and a lovely sense of beauty, she is gonna provide exactly what you need by the time you need it. The yoga was great, the house was extremely beautiful, the food was delicious, everything was fresh, homemade and genuinely made with love. The 'retreat' was very open to all our needs, we had strong sessions when needed, quiet and deep meditations to balance, interesting little teachings about mindfullness methods, olistic physical practices and much more! We also went for excursions exploring the place.... I went for the 'ibiza Retreat' and Dani made sure we could visit the most iconic places of the island... nature, wild spots and beaches but also little nights-out, lovely restaurants and beach clubs.. but again the thing I liked the most was that nothing was mandatory, everything was decided by all of us and we were so close that we didn't even need a majority... almost everytime we had the same mood about everything and this was the real goal of the whole retreat I guess... so, good job Dani! Oh and really need to mention this because not all of the retreats include this thing.... Dani was always available to personally give us a ride everywhere from the airport to the beaches etc etc and that was totally oh her.. people tend to take this for granted but it is not guys!!

A magical week in the mountains
The location was great just a few minutes walk from Chamonix centre or the nearest ski lift.
The food was wholesome and healthy and the chalet was more than comfortable.
As someone traveling on their own I made some lovely new friends. Also being completely new to yoga it was a great introduction to the practice which catered to all levels.
Combining the yoga with skiing was really good, even if it did involve getting up early on the morning! I partucually enjoyed the evening session which focused on stretching after a hard day on the slopes.

Incredible 8 day yoga/ski retreat in Chamonix
What an incredible ski and yoga holiday! I booked this trip as a solo traveller, after chatting with lovely Cintia. I enjoyed meeting and spending time with my fellow yogi housemates -- a good mix of like-minded travellers. We started each day with a strong yoga practice, followed by a day of skiing (cross country skiing, walking, or rest), and ended the night with a restorative yin yoga session. It was challenging, but just what I needed to recover from a busy period at work.
The chalet is a great space for socialising and yoga classes, is right in the village, and a very short walk from the Chamonix slopes. I stayed in one of the shared double rooms upstairs. It was spacious, with closet space, and a large en suite bathroom.
Cintia went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and engaged with the skiing and yoga practice. She prepared healthy, veggie meals for us, and took our likes and requirements into consideration, making sure we had enough breakfast for a day of skiing, and sandwiches to take on the slopes. Dinner was always delicious and felt like a family meal at home.
I left the 8 day retreat feeling so strong --- physically from the core work and skiing, and mentally from the meditation and yogi fellowship. Thank you, Cintia for an amazing retreat in an amazing locale! XX

The accommodation was great ,some of the meals were fantastic , the area was a great location , the yoga at studio was good

One of my best holidays ever...
I absolutely loved the retreat that Cintia organised for us. The minute I arrived I felt very welcomed and very well looked after. The villa with swimming pool was really lovely and one could chill well between the yoga practices. All the people from various countries and various walks of life got on very well we enjoyed our chats with Cintia and each other about how we felt after the practices and what our new life goals would be. For me personally this retreat was beginning of my new life journey.
I have not practiced yoga much in the past but after few days I got much stronger and flexible and I am determind to continue with yoga and meditation on regular basis from now on.
During the retreat we were taken to visit beautiful places on the island including the sunset which was lots of fun for all of us.
The vegetarian meals were delicious and very social time to spend time and chat with each other.
This retreat was a life changing experience for me and I could have not wished for a better, kinder and passionate teacher and host Cintia. xx
