Colleen is a trained Hatha, Yin and Teacher from Scotland with over 4 years experience. Having experienced the life changing benefits of yoga she is passionate about sharing her love for yoga on and off the mat. In her retreats she wants you to feel a sense of connection to yourself and your body- she aims to do this by weaving elements of yogic philosophy, breathwork and mindful movement throughout. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for everybody to grow in their practice.
