It was a very good week that I spend there. The people are lovely and very friendfly, the hotel was nice and the staff amazing !

Très bonne expérience pour mon séjour à Essaouira, malheureusement nous avons très peu pu kiter à cause du manque de vent, mais les sessions ont étaient remplacées par du surf avec de très bon instructeurs. Le logement avec chambre double privée était également très satisfaisant

The kiting was great, amazing staff and really helpful. Very well looked after. There was great communication, I was picked up from the airport and dropped to my hotel with ease. The accommodation was also lovely.

No other kiters had registered during my stay so I got 1-1 training. We started from the basics and went through safety standards. I could use a surfboard when there was no wind.

The residence is central and spacious. It smells amazing and feels cozy. The breakfast buffet is tasty, but after a week I could use some more variety.

I paid for one more additional hour of classes as we had been training 3 hours at a time and one last hour felt a bit short. I managed to get up on the board towards the end of the week but no longer than 5 seconds. Now that I’m used to tough conditions I think I can keep learning in a less challenging environment.

Our kitesurf camp in Essaouira felt less like a trip and more like the beginning of a love story with Morocco

From the moment we booked our holiday, we were in contact with Redouan, who immediately made us feel welcome and cared for. He organised our airport pickup and stayed in touch, explaining everything clearly and making sure we were comfortable. He was always checking if we were okay or if we needed anything at all.

We stayed at Riad Inna & Watersports Center, hidden in the heart of the Medina, where the streets are alive with color, voices, and rhythm. Every corner had a story. Friendly faces. Open doors. The smell of spices drifting through narrow streets. Warm smiles.

Staff and instructors were incredible,patient, encouraging, always smiling. They didn’t just teach us how to ride the wind; they made us feel part of their family. We learned, we fell, we laughed, we tried again. They didn’t just teach technique they shared their love for the ocean. Every instructor and staff member made sure we felt safe, confident, and supported.

The Atlantic wind in Essaouira is powerful and free. The moment the kite lifted into the sky, my heart lifted with it.

Essaouira gave us more than a sport.It gave us friendship, joy, It gave us a Moroccan family.

Went on this trip with 6 friends. Redouan was great in the communication and the instructors were very good as well. I would recommend this to everybody.

Unfortunately there was not enough wind to kite surf for my full stay . I was given the option to just normal surf which I was fine with. All the guys I met in Atlantacin were great, chill, friendly people. Jamal my instructor is a cool guy and great teacher, patient and reassuring. With expert knowledge in surfing discipline. I really enjoyed the experience overall, complete new culture to me too so was a full experience.

Heel aardig personeel, fijne locatie in de medina. Surflessen waren ook goed gelegen en niet ver wandelen.

We had a great time learning to Kite surf with Ismael. We were complete beginners so he took us through all the steps day by day. He was very professional and very clear with his instruction. We also leaned a lot about the country and the culture as we walked to the beach and returned to the school.

Our first day we were greeted at our hotel in the morning and were taken to the school which made us very comfortable.

Super friendly staff and instructors, really helpful and informative. Had a really good time.

Vriendelijke mensen in de riad die je graag tips geven over de stad. Nette kamer, de badkamer wordt best wel vochtig, maar prijskwaliteit waren wij heel enthousiast. Duidelijke communicatie over praktische zaken in verband met de kitelessen. Zorg ervoor dat je op voorhand laat weten welk niveau je hebt (communicatie gaat het vlotste via whatsapp, niet mail) De monitoren willen dat je veel bijleert en doen dit met de juiste, veilige omkadering.

Erg leuk om te leren kiten op deze locatie, met een hele vriendelijke eigenaar en hele enthousiaste instructeurs, die mega hun best doen om je te betrekken in de ‘kite familie’. De riad (hotel) was ook heel mooi met een ideale locatie midden in de medina en loop afstand van de surf school (15min).

De instructeurs deden ook erg hun best om ons goed te leren kiten, wat niet altijd even makkelijk was haha :) Ook sprak iedereen in de surf school goed Engels!

Coaching style worked well for me, taking one step at a time and putting a lot of emphasis on controlling the kite properly.

Redouan war sehr schnell in der Kommunikation und gab jeweils am Abend vorher Bescheid, wann der Treffpunkt ist und wie die Windkonditionen sind. Das Riad, in welchem ich wohnte war sehr schön und sauber. Die Leute dort waren sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war wunderbar. Die Kitelehrer waren sehr kompetent und ambitioniert, mir möglichst viel beizubringen. Wenn der Wind gut war, waren wir auch mehrere Stunden im Wasser - zum Teil geht man ganze Tage.

My friends and I had the best time learning how to surf with Abdul, Ibrahim and Ayoub! They were so lovely, patient and pleasant to interact with. Redouan was so helpful with all the organisation. We would definitely recommend this surf camp and will come back to learn more next time we visit :)

I had an unforgettable time at the 4 Day Beginner Pack Surf Camp in Essaouira, truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. It was my first time trying surfing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Everyone at the surf club was incredibly welcoming, attentive, friendly, and helpful, which made me feel instantly at ease. I loved having the lessons in the morning with only a small group of 4 people max, which meant we got a lot of personal attention. In the afternoons, I went back to the beach on my own to keep practicing, which helped me gain confidence and enjoy the ocean even more.

A huge shoutout to my instructor Abdula, he’s not only a true professional with years of experience in surfing and water sports, but also a fantastic teacher. He explained everything clearly, always pointed out where we could improve, and encouraged us every step of the way. One day when the waves were weaker, he even helped push our boards to make sure we could still catch a wave, above and beyond!

The accommodation in the Medina was lovely, super easy to find, and the staff were just as friendly and helpful as at the surf club. My room was perfect for one person, cozy, clean, with a big comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, similar to the meals I enjoyed in Essaouira. It truly was a treat.

I absolutely fell in love with surfing through this experience, and I can’t wait to come back and keep learning more. Highly recommend this surf camp to anyone, especially beginners!

I went with 4 other friends during our university break and it was perfect. Everyone managed to learn how to kitesurf thanks to our teachers Bilal and Youssef. They were great teachers and friends during our stay. Every night they called us to go out with them to learn about the culture of Essaouira. For sure I went with 4 friends and came back with many others.

Incredible kitesurfing experience in Essaouira! Redouan was beyond helpful, making sure every session was great. On windless days, I had unlimited access to a surfboard, so the fun never stopped. The school and staff were top-notch—welcoming, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. Essaouira itself is an absolute gem, with its friendly atmosphere and stunning coastal charm. Easily one of the best kitesurfing trips I’ve had—highly recommend!

Das Hotel war sehr schön und ruhig und lag zentral in der tollen Altstadt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation war perfekt,Englisch, Französisch Arabisch und Deutsch wurde gesprochen. Der Surfkurs fand unter perfekten Bedingungen statt, der Strand war klasse und die Wellen bestens geeignet für Anfänger mit Grundkenntnissen. Super Urlaub in toller Stadt.

Lovely week in Essaouira. I booked a week of kitesurfing lessons with Atlanticzin watersports. I want to thank Redouan for the good contact in advance of my trip and also during the stay in Essaouira. Always available for questions and letting me know daily about the weather conditions and what to expect. The Riad I stayed at was very nice and comfortable, perfectly located in the middle of the old Medina. The instructors are all very friendly guys and I had a lot of fun during the lessons. I was able to make steps in my level of kitesurfing. There is no guarantee for wind everyday, but Redouan was always very helpful and offered other options on days without wind (surfing for instance). The old town of Essaouira is very beautiful and the local people are very friendly. I can really recommend booking a stay at Rian Inn and the lessons at Atlanticzin Watersports. The price/quality ratio is a 9/10. Might return in the future. Thanks a lot Redouan, Youssef, Ayoub, Ismail and the rest of the guys!

We had a fantastic holiday learning to surf and kitesurf in Essaouira!

Myself and three friends picked the four day beginner course and we are all so pleased we booked with Redouan and his team! Everything was very easy as Redouan is responsive over WhatsApp and very accommodating for his guests. We were meant to kitesurf but, due to the lack of wind, we had all six hours of kitesurf tuition on day 1 and then joined the surfing lessons for days 2 and 3. Thank you to Redouan for being so flexible!

The tuition was also excellent - really recommend Ismail for the kitesurfing and Abdu for the surfing! Both were very patient with complete beginners and we were all standing on the surfboard by the end of the holiday ☺️

We stayed at Riad Inna, which is the heart of the old town and very well placed for restaurants, bars and markets.

Overall, an excellent surf camp and we would book again!!

This package is great value for money. I stayed in a private room in the middle of the old town in the middle of everything.

Kiting lessons were great, kit was all new top quality and the instructors were great. I had the same instructor across all 3 days which helped with improving.

Redouan who runs the school is so nice and helpful. He communicates start times every day to ensure you don't waste time turning up early if the wind is picking up later in the day.

I found the people very welcoming and friendly. The city has very characteristic arab architecture, especially inside the old Medina.

Die Stimmung in der Kiteschule war hervorragend. Redouan ist immer sehr bemüht, allen eine schöne Zeit zu bieten. Ali war ein super Kitesurflehrer.

Alle Leute der Kitesurfschule sind super nett und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten die Lessons mit Youssef, der uns sehr viel beigebracht hat und ein super netter Typ und guter Lehrer ist. Im Riad haben wir uns auch sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist ein sehr gemütliches altes Haus mitten in der Medina. Insgesamt lässt sich auch hier vor allem das nette Personal hervorheben, mit dem wir sehr viel gequatscht haben und die immerzu sehr aufmerksan, zuvorkommend und freundlich waren.

Extremely nice environment, friendly and peaceful. Redouan and the entire crew made my solo traveling experience better than expected. Qualified instructors, trustworthy personnel, excellent communications, and quality treatment. I would recommend this to every single person who wants to have fun while learning how to surf or kite surf.

Location is very well suited for kitesurfing with the surf station being a few minutes away from the acommodation. Everything is very organized and what is valued most is the flexibility. The atmosphere was very nice, the whole team consists of very open and cool locals.

In terms of logistics: it is not really a camp, but you get accommodated in a riad (hotel), which is really nice, lovely staff, amazing breakfast on the rooftop with a seaview. For the lessons you have to walk to the surfschool, which was no problem for me. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, the lessons were good, but also depend a little on the instructor you get. After 10 lessons my instructor did not plan for me and my "classmate" to actually get on the board, while a friend of mine with a different instructor did. So there could be some improvement on this matter, but I think it was a good introductory course to kitesurfing anyway. If there is no wind for kitesurfing, they might offer to get you into a surfing group class for the day. Altogether I really enjoyed it, lovely people, great accommodation, but my kitesurfing skills could definitely have been a bit better to the end of the course.

Very warm, friendly and welcoming team, good kites, nice spot with wind and waves. It is interesting to kite in Essaouira and challenges you to reach the next level of kite and board control.

Our learning experience at Atlanticzn was 10/10. In 5 days we managed to stand up and ride a little bit thanks to the help of the instructors that explained very clearly and taught us everything step by step. Redouan (the owner) is the most lovely person in Essaouira. We will come back for sure to finish our learning! Very recommendable for beginners!

We had a great time in Essaouira thanks to this package. The accommodation(Riad Inna) in the medina is perfectly located with plenty nice restaurants within short walking distance. The hosts of the accommodation are very friendly and helpful and the room is clean. The breakfast is held at the rooftop terrace of the riad, making it a perfect start of the day.

The surf school is held by Redouan an experienced surfer, he is very friendly, flexible and helpful. The courses are given by experienced instructors, we got assigned to an instructor for the duration of the stay, making it perfect to follow up our improvement. The instructors will also make sure that you are having a good time and enjoy the surfing by making the courses energetic and a lot of fun.

All in all a very nice experience that we highly recommend.

Redouan is a very kind and helpful host. You feel his personal approach from the first moment you arrive at school to the last moment. He was always available. He has a really young team of instructors and everyone was very friendly and ready to help you any time. I participated the course as an absolute beginner and i had booked 10 hours initially. I ended up adding on 5 more hours. The experience may change depending on the instructor that is assigned to you and your learning pace.

Redouan also arranged a very beautiful accommodation in the heart of Medina. The Riad was close to everywhere I could go and the staff there was exceptionally helpful and kind.

Redouan is super helpful, friendly and so welcoming. The accommodation we had was great, close to stuff in the medina and short walk to the beach. Breakfast was a big spread every morning included in the price and the staff were so accommodating in making breakfast any time in the morning. They also washed our towels regularly and made the beds daily!

The kite surfing was awesome, great instructors we had Ali who was such a nice guy so patient with us. Other guys were also looking out for us on the beach too and giving tips/helping launch ect. Times it wasn’t windy enough we could take out surf boards and wetsuits for free at the shop.

Highly recommend this holiday, it’s so worth the money, you’ll want to buy more hours on the kite surf!

We had lessons from Ismael, a very nice guy and very good instructor! He was relaxed, helped us and was fun learning although many things went wrong😅

Redouan was incredibly helpful. He was really accommodating to our situation and he was super friendly. Our instructors Yousef and Abdullah were amazing as well. By the end of our second day, I was able to catch some proper waves as a beginner.

Simo El Hoummadi was my instructor, he was always very patience and making sure that the security measures were clear and understood by me.

He was very effective on identifying my mistakes during the practise, even when I was out in the water. Constantly giving valuable feed backs and insights after every exercise.

Redouan El Garda was always prompt and very kind to help and solve any problems regarding anything about the package or just by giving general advice and orientations about the city and surroundings.

The other team members were very friendly and keen to help, great atmosphere.

This was an incredible trip away. Redouan has done an amazing job creating a well organized and fun experience. location, accommodation, food, instructor, sessions are all top notch.

We had a great experience in Essaouira having our kite surfing camp. Accommodation was nice. We were greeted by Redouan. There was plenty of wind and sun. Our instructor Khalil was nice and easy going. I was unlucky to rupture a kite though pleasantly to me that was included in the package. The accommodation was in the medina and a walking distance to the school and beach. All in all a very very good deal for the price. Would recommend and come back ourselves.

Redouan hat ein junges dynamisches Team und versucht auch an Windstillen Tagen, dass man das beste aus seinem Urlaub machen kann. Ich hatte letztlich 3 Tage Wind und durfte so lange auf dem Wasser bleiben bis ich mich total ausgepowert hatte, niemand hat mich in meinem Ehrgeiz die windigen Tage auszunutzen gebremst. An windstillen Tagen konnte man Surfen gehen oder einfach die Stadt erkunden. Unterm Strich ein toller Trip, kann es jedem Empfehlen.

I’ve had a very good time in Essaouira because of the accomodation and the great experience with the kite school. The accomodation (Riad Inna) was clean, very light, easy to connect with other people and had a lovely breakfast at the rooftop. The kiteschool was amazing as well. The teachers are super helpfull and funny and willing to help you with everything. I’ve had a great time with kiting and felt very safe because of them!

Very welcoming kitesurfing staff and amazing stay. I was moved to another hotel, but I must say both hotels they offer are amazing, I actually preferred my hotel where I got moved to.

When there was no wind, the school offered to use their surfboard and equipment to go surfing instead (free of charge).

Me and Girlfriend had a fantastic week in Essouira and are very thankful for the amazing and nice service from the kite school. The owner of the kite school is super kind and keeps great contact with you about the weather conditions, he is always trying to optimize your time.

My girlfriend already knew how to kite surf, but for a beginner like me they had great lessons with very good instructors who gave me good personalized help. When i Started I had never touched a kite before but after 3 days of lessons I already made my first few meter on the water.

The Riad was also very nice with a daily room cleaning and a nice big breakfast. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were very nice a spacious, the only remarks we had was that the shower-head is a bit small.

But overall it was a amazing experience in Essouira and we are more than happy with our kite surf classes and stay

Het mooie stadje Essaouira, het enthousiasme van Ridouan en zijn team en de hele relaxte sfeer die alles uitstraalde. Met hele diverse omstandigheden leren Kiten, weinig wind, off shore , van een 12m tot een 6m kite, rustige en stevige branding. Heel goed les gehad van Khalid, en heel veel lol gehad vooral ! Terug naar huis en de basis om zelfstandig te kunnen kiten goed onder controle nu terug in Nederland tijd om al het geleerde mooi uit te bouwen!

Everything in this experience is worth to be mentioned.

The hotel facilities are stunning, the location is perfect and everyone working there is nice and supportive.

Surf school is located super close to the sea, the energy of the teacher and all the crew makes the experience fun, safe and very special.

After 20 mins in the water I was standing on a wave!

Essaouira is a beautiful city to spend some time. The beach is right around the corner and perfect for beginners or intermediate surfers. Redouan and his team are super nice and help out when needed. They are also flexible, means surfing and kite surfing both works at their surf school

Also, the restaurants around the city are amazing!!

This was an awesome experience for us thanks to Redouan who organised everything for us, Abdullah who was easily the best surf instructor of all at Essaouira beach and the yoga instructor who guided us through a much-needed stretchy and relaxing yoga session every day after surfing.

The hotel was right in the heart of the Medina; everything was super clean and the staff was very helpful and open to conversation. Essaouira is a vibrant town and at the same time a great place to unwind and lay back a bit! Everyone we met was just so welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the place!

We had a great time during our stay. Although there was no wind, we were given the option do do surf lessons or get refunded for the kite lessons. I chose to do surf lessons and had a great time. The instructors are very good and professional. Any questions/ issues where quickly resolved and the hotel staff where very friendly.

The surfing: Our instructor was Abdulah and he was great! He quickly noticed my level, he pushed me, but not to much and made me progress very much on only 3 days of surfing. Everything with the surfing was perfect!

The accommodation is in the middle of the city, Medina. It is nice rooms, the breakfast is nice. The receptionists are very very nice people.

We had a really really good time and can’t wait to go back.

Superbe expérience KiteSurf à Essaouira! Tout l’équipe est adorable, serviable et arrangeante. Nous avons eu peu de vent pendant notre semaine mais l’équipe a su s’arranger pour que nous fassions quand même les heures prévues (sinon ils nous rembourse directement). On a pu facilement apprendre et évoluer dans des très bonnes conditions. Mention spéciale à Khalil notre prof, the best!

The personal is really fantastic, good people doing what they like, and enjoying with you.

For sure I recommended that place if you want to do some sport in the water.

We practice surf at this camp for first time and it was really nice experience.

From start to finish everything was so well organised, Redouan was very professional, and my instructor Ali made me feel very safe in the water as I was nervous. He was so encouraging and told me to believe in myself, and that helped so much with the surfing. Would highly recommend this safe and professional company for beginner surf lessons.

Everything was great, I did both surfing (when there was no wind) and kitesurfing. Instructors were really nice and patient and everything was functioning with the organization (from the airport taxi transfer to the hotel).

Guys at the Riad Inna were also really great and helpful with many things. For instance, I had a small leg injury and needed something from the pharmacy and they went at midnight to get it for me as the nearest open pharmacy was 10 min by bike ( thanks for this!!). Aside from surfing experience, Essaouria is a really beautiful small town with many cool places and extra activities which you can do in case there is no wind.

I am beginner and had the good fortune to have Simo as a trainer. all lessons conducted at the highest professional level. I made great progress from lesson to lesson. Despite the concerns I had before I arrived due to my not young age of 66. Everything went successfully and with great pleasure. I have no doubt that Reduan's management and Simo training are winning team. The club is highly recommended, I hope to come again to improve my ability.

All very well. Redoudan is an excellent person, all very professional, I enjoyed the Kite course a lot. The Riad was also very good, very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend a stay in Essaouira at the Kite school of Redouan.

The hotel was fantastic and the lesson was great.

Monin is an incredibly good instructor!

I could kite every day and improved my skills, but overall I enjoyed staying togather all the guys, and Youssef was a baby-siter for me explaining the wind waves, spot conditions and going around beautifull Essaouira...only wish I had more days, but I hope I'll get soon back for some other tajine-nights with them

The accomodation is at "The House by Riad Inna"; not at Riad Inna itself. It's still good though. Great, chill rooftop with amazing views (could use some new chairs though). But not as "Moroccan" and well-decorated as the Riad itself. However, the woman taking care of the place does an amazing job dishing up breakfast, and keeping the place spotless. She was a big plus.

Redouan was a plus too. He is very accommodating, and feels genuinely interested in giving you a good experience.

Ich stand vorher noch nie auf einem Surfboard und war dementsprechend skeptisch ob surfen eine gute Idee ist. Die Befürchtung waren jedoch unbegründet. Man wird eingeführt und dann heißt es eben üben, üben üben. Macht unglaublich viel Spaß. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich, so dass man sich jederzeit wunderbar aufgehoben füllt. We booked a 5 days surfing package with atlanticzin and we don’t regret it at all! They came to pick us up at the bus stop, took us to our accommodation and to the surf school. The package included the accommodation, breakfast, one hour Yoga + 2 hours surfing every day, unlimited surfboard rental and a dinner with some of the team and it was worth every penny. We were a small group and the staff was really flexible and chill. I would definitely recommend everyone to go surfing with them :)
