Shiva loves sharing his passion for yoga, not just as a practice but as a way of life. Practicing yoga with Shiva is all about taking care of yourself on the outside to find your peace and calm on the inside. Shiva learned about the philosophy of yoga and breath work of asanas throughout his childhood. Like many people, he pursued other interests in high school but came back to yoga in early adulthood, intrinsically knowing the value and depth it gave to him. He was based in an ashram in India for 2.5 years.
