Daira is a yoga instructor, astrologer, and creator of Prana Escuela. Her path began as a personal search that, over time, evolved into a committed practice of self-discovery and inner exploration. She trained in yoga, astrology, and various inner work tools, integrating the physical, energetic, and symbolic dimensions of personal transformation. During this retreat, she will guide the movement, meditation, and element-based practices, holding space for the rituals and experiences that will shape the journey. Her intention is to create a carefully held space wherein each person can slow down.
