Laurie Sasser

Laurie Sasser teaches Prana Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga as taught by Shiva Rea. Laurie has completed over 1,000 hours of Teaching Training with Shiva Rea in Santorini, Greece, Venice Beach, and Malibu, California. Laurie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and lives in Seattle, Washington. She is the creator of Yoga In The Park at the Bellevue Downtown Park. Her retreats are like a warm embrace, a weighted blanket, a deep exhale in these energetically volatile times. When we access these deeper states of peace within our nervous system, we experience the opportunity for clarity and expansion.
