This 50-hour yoga teacher training course is designed as a short and focused program for beginners, yoga enthusiasts, and students who want to build a strong foundation in yoga. Each day includes theory and practical sessions to help students understand yoga step by step.

The training combines yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy, basic asana practice, pranayama, meditation, alignment, adjustment, and an introduction to teaching methodology. Students will learn how to practice safely, understand body movement, improve breath awareness, and develop confidence in their personal yoga journey.

The daily schedule may vary slightly depending on the teacher, group level, and school requirements, but the general structure of the program is as follows:

  • 09:15 - 10:15 Yoga anatomy and physiology
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Yoga philosophy and yogic lifestyle
  • 11:30 - 12:00 Short break
  • 12:00 - 13:00 Basic yoga asana practice

You can travel to the center by prepaid taxi or cab directly from the airport taxi stand, app-based cab services (such as local ride-sharing apps) available outside the terminal, private airport transfer arranged in advance through Kunwar Yoga (if offered), or shared taxi or local cab options (availability may vary).

Arrival by train

Students arriving by train can come to Dehradun Railway Station. From the station, local taxis, auto-rickshaws, and app-based cabs are available to reach Old Nehru Colony, Dharampur.

Arrival by bus

Students arriving by bus can reach Dehradun ISBT. From there, they can take a local taxi, auto-rickshaw, or cab to the school.
