Adventure Mountain ExploreTreks & Expedition

This trip was a trip of a lifetime! I took this trip with my mother on a whim and am so happy we were linked up with a fantastic company. From the start, Tika and Niti were very quick to respond to all e-mails and questions and we felt very taken care of the entire trip. We met our yoga instructor and guide, Basu, the morning after we arrived and began with our first yoga practice followed by a cultural tour of Kathmandu. Basu was a wealth of knowledge and we really enjoyed our yoga and meditation practice with him! The next few days, we trekked to Chisapani and Nagarkot and had sunrise and sunset yoga practices at the amazing mountain locations we trekked to. The views were breathtaking! Basu and Brakass, our porter, made sure we were well taken care of the entire trek. I would recommend this trek to anyone who wants a taste of Nepal, but doesn't have a whole lot of time for a longer vacation. I plan on coming back and using the same company for my next trip to Nepal. I really enjoyed our time with Basu and Adventure Mountain Explore Treks and Expedition took very good care of us from start to finish. A must do trip!
