With over two decades of experience, Yvan is a skilled and compassionate osteopath and healer who brings exceptional expertise and care to his work. Yvan primarily works with osteopathic tools, including craniosacral, visceral (organ-related), and parietal (joint-related) osteopathy. Over the years, he has refined his ability to apply these techniques on various levels—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. His approach offers a deep, holistic experience, supporting clients on their path to healing and evolution in a way that honours the connection between body, mind and spirit.

María Navarro is a dedicated practitioner of Shiatsu, Sei Ki, and Qi Gong, with a passion for the healing arts that spans two decades. Her journey began in the performing arts before she immersed herself in the Ki arts, training extensively in Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and Qi Gong. In the peaceful embrace of her geodesic dome in the Monachil mountains of Granada, María offers deeply intuitive Shiatsu treatments—creating a space for the body to unwind and balance to be gently restored.

Sheila is an eclectic creator, artisan, and plant alchemist deeply connected to nature. Living in the Alpujarras, she explores the wisdom of plants, the forest, sustainability, and the magic of natural cycles through her project, Alma Silvestre. At the retreat, she leads the San Juan ceremony, guiding a ritual pilgrimage to gather seven sacred waters and seven medicinal plants, weaving ancestral traditions into a powerful celebration of renewal and connection with the land.

Diego is a skilled and intuitive mountain guide, effortlessly leading others through rugged terrain with confidence and ease. Drawing on his deep knowledge of survival, permaculture, and self-sufficiency, he creates a seamless balance between adventure and learning, making every journey into the wild both inspiring and unforgettable.
