My Yoga journey started off with a skateboarding injury in 2013 - which led me to yoga & to a lifelong passion. It has taken me to train in India, Australia, Indonesia & NZ, exploring various lineages and teaching styles and developing my own offerings. In 2017 I opened my own Retreat Centre - Tanglewood, in Waimauku, NZ. I ran Tanglewood for 6 years, hosting boutique retreats and small events as well as a few large Wellness Festivals. Since Tanglewood has sold I’ve loved having the opportunity to share my offerings in other spaces. Such a beautiful reminder we can create community through Yog
