Lois Cromwell
Lois Cromwell is the founder of Sonda Yoga and a lifelong student of the practice. She began her yoga journey in 1999 and has since completed multiple advanced teacher trainings. Lois teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, with a deep passion for mentoring and training yoga teachers. For the past 13 years, she has led yoga retreats around the world, thoughtfully blending movement, mindfulness, travel, and cultural immersion.
