Sirius Retreats

Irene is the heartbeat of movement in this retreat, an international yoga teacher specialized in Vinyasa, Yin and Aerial yoga. She has been guiding training and retreats around the world, creating spaces where movement, nature and enjoyment naturally meet. During retreats, Irene will accompany the group with her yoga practices, sharing moments of breath, movement and presence, as well as the simple pleasure of being together on and off the mat. Her approach is grounded, playful and human, creating spaces that feel nourishing, light and genuinely enjoyable.

Osher is a Pilates instructor and founder of Felis Pilates Studio. Between classes, projects and an active social life, she embodies a grounded balance between fully enjoying life and genuinely taking care of herself. Her approach to Pilates is warm, attentive and flexible, strong when needed, soft when the body asks for it. She sees movement as a way to support an active, free and pleasurable life, without disconnecting from the body. During retreats, Osher accompanies the group from the body, presence and a light, joyful energy, bringing her unique mix of vitality, awareness and ease.

Roxy is a dance facilitator and performer who uses movement as a space for expression, freedom and enjoyment. Her sessions invite the body to move without pressure or expectations, reconnecting with rhythm, energy and the pleasure of being fully present. During the retreat, Roxy brings a playful and liberating approach to dance, creating moments to let go, feel alive and enjoy the body in motion, together, and without judgment.
