Over the span of six enriching years, he has honed his skills and crafted a teaching style that blends tradition with modernity. For Sanatan, yoga is not just a profession—it is a way of life.

Gaurang Sharma is a devoted yoga teacher with a lifelong connection to the ancient wisdom of yoga. Raised in a spiritually rich environment in India, he began his yoga journey at an early age, guided by his grandparents. He has undergone extensive training in Rishikesh, mastering yoga philosophy and specializing in mantra and chanting. His passion lies in the transformative power of sound and the deep wisdom found in yoga's ancient texts. He shares this knowledge through classes, workshops, and retreats, emphasizing the holistic path to self-realization. His wants these teachings accessible.
