Ruth Timms
Ruth is an experienced yoga instructor and mindfulness guide. She has facilitated many yoga retreats both in the UK and abroad. She has studied and practiced with The British Wheel of Yoga, The Oxford Mindfulness Centre, and The School of Thai Yoga Massage. She is passionate about passing on the ancient wisdom of yoga and mindfulness, combined with learnings from modern psychological science in an effort to reduce suffering and promote human flourishing.
