James French
James was born in London and first discovered yoga in 2003, while at drama school. However, he truly caught the bug a few years later while performing in a Shakespeare production that toured India. His routine of sunrise practices overlooking the rooftops of Udaipur with an old yogi called Prakash sealed the deal. Since completing his 500 hours with Tribe, James has done 200 hours with Max Strom and taken further training with David Swenson, Yogrishi Vishvketu, and Tiffany Cruickshank and continues his studies on advanced training with Jason Crandell.
Amy Devani
Amy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, delivered in an accessible and loving manner, a true gem in the teaching team. Katrien’s journey with yoga began during her biomedical science studies in 2015. During her PhD and beyond, yoga helped her find the rest and ease she needed, both physically and mentally. In 2016, Katrien completed her first teacher training in Belgium, followed by a 50-hour yin yoga teacher training in 2019. Three years later, Katrien traveled to Thailand to complete the 200-hour training of Path of Yoga, and the year after, in 2023, she finished the follow-up 300-hour training in Rishikesh, India. This makes her an all-round yoga teacher with the goal of making yoga accessible for everyone.

Josh found yoga and meditation in response to challenging life circumstances, and in spring 2019 he completed his first 200-h teacher training with Path of Yoga in Rishikesh, India. Teaching ever since, he has made yoga his life’s focus and has undertaken continuous training with Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa to develop knowledge and skills to be a more potent and authentic channel for the teachings, including completing Path of Yoga’s 300hr level 2 teacher training in 2023. He was invited to be part of the senior teaching team which he gratefully accepted.

Professional Teacher Training & wonderful yoga journey
This 30 days yoga teacher training has been a unique experience for me. The course was 100% professional and at the same time they managed to create a safe space for all students to feel comfortable. The schedule is very diverse, so we could experience lots of different yoga styles and practices. The anatomy classes have been outstanding.
Thanks to all the professional lectures, practical trainings and supporting readings/ books I feel very safe to teach yoga now.
Accommodation and food have been amazing - healthy and diverse. Also any requests referring to that have been managed within short time.
I can absolutely recommend this teacher training to anybody! What an amazing experience, thanks again to the pathofyoga team!

magical life changing experience
I thought the campus was absolutely stunning, everywhere you look its beautiful. I loved the pool and the beautiful flowers everywhere. I met really amazing people and have made life long connections. Amy and Casey are absolutely wonderful teachers and I'm so thankful to have been taught by such charismatic people. the food was amazing and different everyday and it was so lovely to try new things while also eating completely vegan, which I feel was an easy transition because the food is so good. the animals on the property were my favorite, a few super cute and kind dogs and a kitten that totally came out of its shell while we were there. I can't say enough good things about my stay I thought it was absolutely perfect.

You will know how to teach before you leave.
This course was very well planned, organized and implemented. It was strongly geared towards actual teaching of yoga, not just theory. If you do this course, you will be able to teach a whole one hour class of poses, breathing and meditation on the day you get home. The teachers will work with you as much as possible to make that happen.

Transformative, Nurturing and Challenging
Path of Yoga Teacher Training is an amazing experience. I could not recommend this course more strongly. I learned more about Yoga than I could have imagined beforehand, and just as much about myself.
The teachers were wonderfully kind, inspiring and professional. Their dedication to their practice and their knowledge was impressive. I felt individually supported and understood throughout the course.
The environment was beautiful. The covered but open-sided Shala where we spent the majority of our waking hours had the most incredible views, cooling breeze, and protected us from the extremes of sun and rain that are an unavoidable part of the Thai wet season.
It was a pleasure to be looked after by the resort. I would definitely recommend paying the relatively small amount extra for a private room. I would not have liked to to have to share as others did, particularly as I was the only male student!
It is an hour out of town, which has up and downsides. You need to pay some small extra costs for laundry, and if you want to eat exactly as you please. However, the vegan menu set out by the course was astonishingly diverse and delicious.
I left feeling exhausted but completely uplifted. If you take this course, you will not be disappointed.

Life changing 🌈
Going in, I knew mostly about asana practice, and wanted to learn more about the rest of yoga. Turns out, I did learn so much more, more so than I even dared to hope. After this month, I feel enlightened, energized, wiser, faster better stronger, thoroughly inspired, and ready to give back. Thank you Amazing Amy, Rocking Rory, fantastic intervenants Olga and Tara, and facilitators Monine and Thea for everything you taught us, for the love and the laugh and the life we shared.
Gorgeous setting amongs organic rice fields, surrounded by many furry loving friends, an everyday delight for nature & animal lovers.
And the foooood was a marvel!! Do take note that it is FULLY VEGAN, not vegetarian. Still dreaming of the fresh fruit-filled breakfasts, noodle soups galore, pad thai and home-made tempeh.
Again, what a magical journey, filled with rich knowledge and packed full of teaching practice experiences. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
