Great retreat in a beautiful location

This was a great retreat! Stephanie the host has carefully planned out all the details to make this retreat great. The location is amazing, a beautiful villa overlooking the Aegean Sea. Panos is a very knowledgeable yoga instructor who tailored the classes to the group. The twice daily yoga sessions were great and challenging. Archelaos is a very knowledgeable outdoorsman. He guided the daily hikes and provided knowledge about the areas we were hiking and the plants along the way. The daily hikes were to different places in the area and were challenging. The food was amazing and made with love. Stephanie does an amazing job with the food and ensuring everyone is well fed. There was also a relaxing massage included! This was a great experience and a great retreat.

A fantastic break. The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The Yoga was adapted to individuals needs so everyone made progress during their stay. The instructor was amenable to our requests and adapted the classes for us. The walking was just enough - not too challenging and complemented the Yoga well. It was lovely to sample local fresh food and swim in the sea. I have very happy memories of my stay.

Amazing hosts!

Stephanie is warm, intelligent and beyond accommodating. Her staff and yoga teacher Barbara Pateraki were excellent! The food was plentiful and mostly vegetarian but so good I didn't feel like I missed a thing. We settled into a lovely routine of yoga, hiking, lunch, time to relax, another yoga session and leisurely dinners with stimulating conversation. Every day's journey was a little different keeping it all interesting. It is no surprise this attracted such a lovely, fun, diverse and interesting group of people to spend the time with.
