Hike of an iconic Mauritian mountain, lunch on the beach, swims in pristine water, evening practice.
Wednesday 25th
Morning practice, free time for self-exploration / beach time / massages, personal cultivation workshops, aperitifs and dinner on a boat.
Thursday 26th
Morning practice, light brunch, visit to a museum or the capital, lunch in a colonial house and nature time at waterfalls, evening practice, light dinner.
Friday 27th
Morning practice, free time, afternoon hike or evening practice.
Saturday 28th
Morning practice, brunch, creative workshop, visit to the spiritual school of Brahma Kumaris, evening practice, closing ceremony and dinner.
Sunday 29th
Optional morning practice with Patricia and Illona.

What if I’ve never practiced yoga before?
Beginners are welcome! Sessions are designed for all levels, with a strong emphasis on listening to and respecting your body. However, it is recommended having at least six months of prior practice for a more comfortable experience.
How experienced do I need to be at hiking?
All hikes are optional, but they’re a big part of what makes this retreat special! Expect moderate to advanced hikes, so a good fitness level will help you fully enjoy the experience.

Illo has been exploring movement in her body since a young age, and has been teaching for over 5 years helping students link body, spirit, and mind. She has taken thousands of hours of classes around the world and particularly enjoys teaching ways to enable the heart to lead, as operating from the heart center is much more than just emotion.
Patricia Tschopp
Patricia is a yoga teacher who's been practicing for more than 30 years and opened her yoga studio on Mauritius Island in 2017. There, she thrives with an international and local community. Patricia practices several hours every day. The result of such dedication can be seen immediately: she looks 15 years younger! Through her diverse experiences and training, both in Asia and in Europe, Patricia knows how to perfectly blend these two cultures. She is always learning and she follows her immediate instinct, allowing to constantly create new classes. You'll be surprised!

Mat is a renowned life coach and author of Elevating CEO consciousness. Throughout his four-decades-long career as a successful CEO, entrepreneur, psychologist, and energy médecine practitioner, Marc-Antoine has guided hundreds of elite CEO in bringing abundance for all.
Retreat Ort
The retreat takes place in the very cocooning La Preneuse Beach area, guarded by the magnificent La Tourelle Mountain at the back and only a couple of minutes to the beach, or directly on the beach depending on your chosen accommodation!
Tamarin is a beautiful fishermen village in the South West of the island and has a beautiful mixed community including Hindus, Catholics, expats, and Creole.

It is recommended to practice yoga on an empty stomach, but breakfast will be available at your hotel, depending on your accommodation choice. 70% of your meals are included in the retreat.
