Kinga Sito
Kinga is an embodied yoga teacher whose work is rooted in deep listening to the body, breath, and inner awareness. She holds a Diploma in Classical Piano from the Athenaeum Conservatory of Music, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, and has studied Foundations of Chinese Medicine—bridging the worlds of sound, music, movement, and holistic healing.
Nikolas Velonias
Nikolas' path has taken him through studies in herbal medicine, flower essences, energy work, meditation, and yoga - all offering different ways of understanding how the body, mind, and emotions interact. In his practice, he approaches each person as a unique landscape. He combines acupuncture with breathwork, herbal and essence-based therapies, dietary guidance, and emotional support, creating treatments that help people reconnect with their natural balance, release what they no longer need, and activate their own capacity to heal.
