Monika Bal
Monika helps people transform their lives through the gentle, powerful practice of rebirthing breathwork. She trained in Greece with Katia Boustani, who studied under Leonard Orr, the pioneer of modern breathwork. Leonard Orr developed rebirthing breathwork in the 1970s and is widely regarded as the father of the modern breathwork movement. Monika has spent years experimenting with different breathwork techniques, learning how the breath can alter our emotional, physical, and mental states. To this day, she is still in awe of its power and the transformations she witnesses during sessions.
