Mira Lühmann
Mira is a passionate aerial and acro yogi from Germany. She fell in love with aerial yoga due to the balance between the exhilarating sensation of flying and the deep relaxation of Shavasana in the silk. Aerial yoga opened a door to profound rest and peace for her. Mira began teaching aerial yoga before completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in 2020 in Germany. She has since taken various aerial trainings and courses to refine her skills and has traveled to teach people in different locations.
