After a life-changing illness brought me to the edge of death, I was led into a profound spiritual awakening through meditation — a moment of deep remembrance that forever changed the direction of my life. Out of this experience, I later completed my teacher training as a spiritual teacher in Portugal, anchoring this inner transformation into my work and purpose. Since then, I have devoted my life to healing and inner awakening. Today, I guide others through meditation, breathwork, and shamanic practices, supporting them in reconnecting with their true essence and awakening their inner light.

Her journey with yoga began in 2017 during a retreat in Thailand, where she experienced a deep inner awakening and a lasting connection to herself. From that moment on, yoga became her path of growth and self-discovery. Over the years, she deepened her practice through various retreats and teachings, and in 2025 she completed her yoga teacher training in Zürich. Today, she guides others in reconnecting with their inner light, cultivating balance, presence, and authentic self-expression through yoga.
