Alojamiento
Upon arrival, you will stay at Himalayan Yoga Academy in Kathmandu, then a hotel in Pokhara. During trekking, you will stay at lodges / tea houses along the route. Then, you will return to Pokhara, then Kathmandu.

Each day begins with grounding practices such as Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, helping you connect deeply with your body, breath, and the surrounding natural beauty. The journey also includes a visit to Ghandruk, a traditional Gurung village offering rich cultural experiences along with stunning views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). Daily Schedule
Day 1 Arrival in Pokhara (900 meters)
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your yoga retreat center. In the evening, enjoy a gentle yoga session, meditation, and a short introduction to the journey ahead.

Day 2: Pokhara - Nayapul - Trek to Tikhedhunga (1527 meters)
Begin the day with yoga and pranayama before driving to Nayapul. The trek starts through beautiful villages and riverside trails, offering your first glimpse of Himalayan life.

Day 3: Tikhedhunga - Ghorepani (2810 meters)
A rewarding day of trekking through stone steps and rhododendron forests. As you ascend, enjoy expanding mountain views and peaceful surroundings.

Day 4: Sunrise at Poon Hill – Trek to Tadapani (2700 meters)
Early morning hike to Poon Hill for a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. After breakfast, continue trekking through serene forest trails to Tadapani.

Day 5: Tadapani – Ghandruk (1940 meters)
A short and scenic descent leads to Ghandruk village. Spend time exploring the traditional culture, interacting with locals, and enjoying panoramic mountain views.

Day 6: Ghandruk – Nayapul – Pokhara

Day 7: Departure from Pokhara

Instructores
Dr. Subodh Simkhada
Dr. Subodh is the resident expert. He is a certified yoga teacher and a bona fide naturopathic physician. His other notable accomplishments include advanced training in different types of massage like Ayurvedic, Shiatsu, Thai traditional, foot reflexology, acupressure, acupuncture, and Ayurvedic panchakarma training in Kerala, India. He also holds a Reiki master's degree in Nepal.
Rajkumar Karki
Rajkumar got his master's in human consciousness and yogic science from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. He participated in a national workshop on yoga and alternative therapies in 2014 and 2015. He also participated in a national workshop on neuropathy in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. He is registered with 500 Hour Yoga teacher Trainer Certified by Yoga Alliance USA.
Swami Padmasattva
Swami Padmasattva has a long research and practice in human consciousness and yoga. He teaches ancient traditional yoga in a scientific way to understand easily with modern eyes and also he is an experienced and registered Yoga Teacher Yoga Alliance. He has a wide range of experience and practice in the Traditional Usui system of Reiki, Tibetan Sound Healing and Meditation, Himalayan Singing Bowl, Music Healing and Meditation, etc. which calms and relaxes your mind being connected to self.
