With five comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house provides plenty of space for rest, privacy, and connection. The interior is thoughtfully designed in a contemporary style, creating a warm and serene atmosphere that helps you gently disconnect from daily life. The spacious living area, complete with a fireplace, invites you to gather, unwind, and simply be.
For moments of deep relaxation, the sauna offers a soothing escape, ideal after a walk in nature or a day of practice. Outside, a large garden opens onto expansive views of fields and forests, creating a natural sanctuary where you can breathe, reflect, and recharge.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ardennes, the location is perfect for mindful walks and quiet exploration. A forest begins just 300 meters from the house, and the region is rich in scenic hiking trails. Nearby, the charming town of Saint-Hubert and its famous forests offer an opportunity to connect even more deeply with nature. In autumn, you may even hear the distant call of deer, an unforgettable experience.
This tranquil retreat space is an ideal place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share meaningful moments in a supportive and peaceful environment.

Yoga and mindfulness
Over the course of four days, you will be guided through various yoga styles and mindfulness moments, accompanied by Kristel's warm and calm energy.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi: every session invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and come home to yourself.
Hikes in nature
The group will head into the forests and hills of the Ardennes, an environment that invites silence, reflection, and recharging. Nature helps you remember what is truly important.
Delicious vegetarian meals
Maarten spoils you with freshly prepared, nutritious vegetarian dishes made with love, so all you have to do is enjoy.
And who knows… maybe you will get a few free cuddles in between from Pablo, the sweet dog. There will be one very sweet, medium-sized dog present at the retreat.
Space to rest
Between yoga, mindfulness, and walks, there is plenty of time to read, laugh, sleep, or just be. You can also enjoy a wonderful sauna session.

Each day starts with a refreshing vinyasa flow and ends with a relaxing yin yoga or yoga nidra session. During the day, you enjoy beautiful walks, delicious meals, and free time to relax and reflect. On the last day, the retreat concludes with an inspiring workshop and a shared lunch.
