How the training works
All the sessions listed will be live, about 90 minutes each. There are no pre-recorded sessions so you will be able to participate and ask questions.

Opening cacao ceremony, sound bath, and yoga practice
This is an inaugural ceremony to warmly welcome all participants, get acquainted with each other, and foster connections before Coquihalla Mindfulness Inc kickstarts the program.
Easy Vinyasa flow
Synchronize breath to movement through an easy series of poses, fostering a sense of grace and meditation in motion, while also enhancing humility and flexibility.
Pranayama
Practice different breath regulation techniques to help cultivate prana, the life force energy. The ancient pranayama breathing techniques help calm the mind down, balance emotions, and enhance vitality.
