Anastasia is a yoga teacher and certified sound healer living on the Greek island of Evia. She started practicing yoga at 14 and has taught for over five years, blending styles like Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative into an integrated approach. Sound healing with gongs and bowls is a key part of her work, supporting deep relaxation and emotional balance. Her teaching focuses on connection, presence, and healing for all levels. She invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself in nature’s embrace. For the past five years, she's been teaching a holistic style of yoga.
