Kayla Johnson
Kayla was born on Long Island, New York and has now been living in Costa Rica for nearly 4 years. She has studied Ayurveda and yoga deeply through her travels in India and Southeast Asia as well as through a 2-year deep dive with Shakti School. Kayla has been traveling the world for 8 years and has now found home in this special piece of Costa Rica. She studied Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga and spends all of her free time connecting to Pachamama, nature, the earth, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, swimming - anything to breathe in the outside air that are just a few things to look forward to.
