His healing journey began after overcoming years of addiction, leading him to the transformative power of breath, cold exposure, and ritual. Now, he shares these tools with clarity and compassion, blending science-based methods with heart-centered guidance. Trained in trauma-informed bodywork and ceremonial facilitation, David helps others access resilience, release, and embodied presence.
