Paula Maruya
Paula is the founder of the Mayura Yoga Studio and Teacher Training Academy in Thorpe Bay. With over 22 years of experience, she is a Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher and IYN Elder, and also holds the BWY Diploma and Chakra Dancing Diploma. Paula is a fountain of knowledge of these ancient practices, and finds great pleasure in sharing the benefits of Yoga with others. Paula had a break from hosting retreats, having lead them for many years. She is very excited to be back now and join us onboard for the week to teach yoga, guided meditation and breathwork sessions.
