Lauren Marples Yoga

From the moment you arrived, every little detail was considered and thoughtful, from the homemade kombucha to the little gift bag waiting for you in your room. The overall feeling and energy from both Lauren and Edel (and their mother Eileen and Aunt Mary) was one of calm and contentment - you felt looked after and nourished both mentally and physically. The accommodation and location were both beautiful and conducive to the aim of the retreat. Delicious vegan food was thoughtfully prepared and presented with everyone eating together like one big family. The camaraderie of all the women just gave an overall unexpected feeling of joy.

Regular yoga classes and delicious food

The yoga Teacher really knows what she is doing and it also shows in everything around the yoga. From the ceremonies to the meditation. Food was so delicious. The activities fitted perfect in the planning. I’m feeling like there’s a weight lifted of my shoulders.

You feel immediately like you belong to their family. I would recommend this retreat to everyone.
