I'm Fiona and I discovered yoga at a young age. My journey started with Hatha Yoga, and later I found my passion for Vinyasa Yoga. I love being creative in my flows and trying new things. Yoga helps me to find a balance between different aspects of my life. Through the breath I can connect my mind with my body and find peace in the moment. Yoga has supported me through many difficult times in my life. For me, yoga is more than just my practice on the mat. The multi-layered aspects of yoga philosophy give me a guideance in life.
