Maja Zilih
Maja is the founder of the Sensit Yoga™ Somatics system, and of Athens Yoga Center in Greece. She is a psychotherapist in training under supervision, in Vienna Austria. She is an E-RYT 500h Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and teacher trainer, with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. She draws inspiration from embodied movement modalities such as Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais and Continuum. She holds three Bachelor degrees (in Psychotherapy Science, Social Sciences and in Economics) and one Master degree in Political Sciences.
